Créée en 2011, la Ruche qui dit Oui ! est un service web qui donne des ailes aux circuits courts.

La plateforme de vente en ligne favorise les échanges directs entre producteurs locaux et communautés de consommateurs qui se retrouvent régulièrement lors de véritables marchés éphémères : les Ruches.

Plus de 1 200 Ruches se sont créées en France, en Belgique, Espagne, Italie, Allemagne et en Suisse. Plus de 10 000 producteurs sont actifs et plus de 210 000 membres commandent régulièrement !

La Ruche qui dit Oui ! allie culture de l’entrepreneuriat social et de l’innovation numérique pour proposer un modèle unique de startup sociale et solidaire. Chaque Ruche a la possibilité de porter un projet autonome tout en s’inscrivant dans une logique collective. Toutes ces micro-entreprises ou associations esquissent les contours d’une nouvelle économie sociale et positive.

Notre objectif : permettre au plus grand nombre de mieux manger en soutenant l’agriculture locale et en rémunérant justement les producteurs !

Job Description

La Ruche Qui Dit Oui ! wants to upgrade its Marketing know-how. We operate from 5 countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany), each of one has a marketing and/or communication officer, with its own expertise. Our company strategy - Be member first - implies to recenter our project on Client needs and structure our knowledge to be more efficient for recruiting and retaining clients.

Reporting to the CEOs, your mission is to build the marketing strategy of La Ruche and propose operational roadmaps for our Country Managers, as well as leading our corresponding communication campaigns.
This includes :

  • Marketing strategy : know La Ruche customer in each country and build a profitable strategy to target and retain them (which budget, which channels, which actions)
  • Digital marketing : structure our know-how on online ads campaigns, CRM, website funnel conversion and SEO.
  • Decentralized campaign : provide effectives tools and process for Hosts to recruits and retain Clients
  • Performance monitoring : setup dashboard to monitor our actions and iterate.
  • Carry the voice of the Marketing and Communication inside the company to make transversal projects move forward.
  • Brand positioning : enable communication officers to build international campaigns according to the company strategy, along with the communication officers. You need to understand local brand matters to be able to lead an impactful communication strategy. You can rely on internal skills for design content creation. For your day to day work, you’ll work along with marketing and communication officers in each country - with no direct management - as well as freelancers for technical support.

Preferred Experience

8/10 years xp min in digital marketing.
Background as strategy setup.
Data oriented mindset with a test and learn approach.
Good understanding of La Ruche mission, brand and our industry’s main stakes.
Strong personal relationship skills to be able to understand local reality and propose an appropriate strategy.
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Budget management.
Business sens.
Communication skills are expected.
Based in one of those cities : Paris, Berlin, Milan, Torino, Bruxelles, Madrid or Barcelona. Full remote ok. Quarterly travel to be planned.
